James Andrew Jackson Nutt who m. Mary Sharp was the s of William C. & Desdomona Ann (Newberry). William C. was the s of Andrew & Jennett (Curry); Andrew's parents were Samuel & Jennett (Mackey). This data, plus dates & other information back another two generations, is in both of Irene Amato's two books: "William and Eleanor Nutt of Virginia & Carolina" and "The Nutt Chronicles..." Ypu may find one of these in a large genealogical library, but Irene has disappeared and there does not seem to be a source to buy new copies. If you want more data, etc., and if you cannot locate a copy of either book, the address (edalnutt@earthlink.net) will reach me,
