Hello All, OH NO!!! NOT ANOTHER "ROYAL PEDIGREE!" In case anyone is interested, I have posted a mini-site containing the details of, and some of the sources for, the Blood Royal descent of James Nourse of Virginia from Edward III, king of England. The site includes high-res scans, from various sources, documenting three different lines from King Edward III to James Nourse. You may view the site at the following location: http://www.superdeep.com/nourse/bloodroyal/ (Note: some of the source files* are quite large, 400kb+) As with all "Royal Pedigrees," this information should not be taken at face value, and I encourage you to do the research for yourself. I have done my best to document the various relationships through primary and/or "credible" sources wherever possible, and I believe that these lines are correct. Regardless, I put the site together for fun, and as a way of displaying my research on the subject. If you have any comments or questions, please feel free to e-mail me. *Most of the high-res scans are from various editions of "Burke's Peerages," and "Burke's Landed Gentry." I used these as the "clickable" sources mainly for continuity purposes. However, a more complete list of sources and acknowledgements is also available on the site. Cheers, Scott Notify Administrator about this message?
