Hello, I found this genealogy site by entering my surname as a search word - out of idle curiosity. I was somewhat stunned to get eleven references to Nurcombe! (Lots of scientists with this surname publishing learned papers on polysyllabic molecules).
Sorry but I know nothing about the Nurcombes of Wiveliscombe, though the similarity in the last syllable of the names is intriguing. My family is based largely in South Wales, but I can provide some details on this 'bunch' back to the 1900s.
If it would be of interest, please let me know.
