Thanks for the information.I think we can help each other out.I am looking at Amos Nunnery (father of Henry, son of Andrewson) and have some of that down to current generation. I am certainly willing to share.
Hnery Nunnery (b. abt 1776 in Edgecomb County, NC. Married Nancy Wolfe 5 Apr 1808 (marriage bond in NC State Achives).
He died 30 Mar 1840. According to Raleigh NC paper, he was building a bridge over the Black River and fell 40 feet to his death.His wife Nancy Woilfe died 28 Oct 1850.Seems unlikely he remarried in 1817. However, thereis a Henry Nunnery listed as Rev War Volunteer from Edgecomb Co (on list of Halifax volunteers. Our Henry (m. Nancy Wolfe) would have been too young to be in Rev War as his father Amos was only 14 at first enlistment.
I have no idea who Rev War Henry is. Might that be the Henry who married Martha Ingram?
