At the risk of not reaching you in response to an eight-year-old post (so I'm slow ;-) here goes:
Got a possible hit. My maternal grandfather was Harry Alvin Nunnally (b. 1895 d. 1964), married Marie Hiteshue in 1919. His father's name was Richard A. Nunnally (I don't know what the A stands for yet), who married Annie Connor (b. 1866). I have a family photo of Annie's family (don't know her parent's names) that is labeled by my mother "The O'Connors, my great-great grandparents from Ireland." Several of the people in the photo are labeled "Uncle Mike", "Aunt Jenny," "Aunt Kate", and "Grandpa's mother Annie." I don't know when the photo was taken, but Grandpa Nunnally was born in 1895, and this photo shows his mother as a young girl still (I assume) at home.
Also, my mother was adopted by Harry and Marie Nunnally in 1925. Her name is Betty Jane. She often told us about the Nunnally family in Virginia and about the Nunnally's Chocolate Company.
Does any of this ring a bell? I would be happy to trade any info I have for the missing names in that photo.
