JAMES A. NUNNALEY/NUNNALLY m.Katharine Flinn, Edgar Co.IL in 1833?

James A. Nunnaley/Nunnally was my G.G.G.grandfather and all I know is that he married Katharine Flinn in Edgar County, IL 04/08/1833 and their son Levi Marion Nunnaley/Nunnally [b. 10/6/1836]was my G.G grandfather. Family oral history has it that there were 2 Nunnaley brothers that had a falling out and separated. Anyone out there have any info at all about this Nunnaley/Nunnally branch? Because I've hit a brick wall in our family line. I also know that a Pvt. James A. Nunnaley served with the 9th Kentucky Infantry Regiment, company 'E' during the civil war, but do not know if it is my ancestor.
