G. H. Nowlen, born Avon, Livingston Co., NY 1825. His father was Asa Nowlen who settled here in 1812. His wife was Helen Fowler, born Steuben Co., NY. They were married Dec. 26th, 1854. Two children, H.L. Nowlen and George F. Nowlen.
