My Nowlands are Michael>William>Henry B.>Cornelius Sewlyn>Henry>Harry Leroy>Henry Donald (my father). These Nowlands came from Northumberland, PA, up through NY and over to MI where they went from Charlevoix to Wayne County to Tuscola County (Harry). If you are related to these Nowlands I would like to share information with you. I particularly am interested in the birthdate of Michael. I have his parents as Henry with mother unknown. Was Michael first generation? Were these Nowlands from Carlow County, Ireland? Does anyone know where Michael came from?
I am from a typical Nowland family with five brothers and no sisters, eight nephews and only one niece. Sound familiar? If you have any information to share, please post a message or email me.
