I've been collecting Cihlar stats & recently posted what I have on the Cihlar forum. I see that Mary Cihlar was married to Anton Novak on Nov 21, 1891 in Chicago. The information on marriage certs for that period is pretty sketchy. I would suggest checking the 1895 and 1900 Chicago street directory to see if you can get an address. Then check out the 1900 census report for children's names.
The 1900-1920 census for Chicago will be much easier to search if you have the address so you can look up which district the family lived in.
You may also find an obit in the newspaper Denni Hlasatel, a Bohemian newspaper. You can order the index from the mormons, or via interlibrary loan from the Illinois State Historical Society. If you live in Chicago, they also have the index and microfilm at the University of Chicago in one of their reading rooms, but they charge (I think it's around $20) to go in.
Hope this helps.
