Other Nottmeiers? In Monroe county especially? Are you kidding? There's a whole lot of us! Although we are all now scattered throughout the country. There are still a few in Illinois. There are more than I can tell you exactly but here is what I know. . .Ok, My grandfathers name is Armin Nottmeier (unfortunately passed on when I was a child). His wife, my grandmother's name is, Bertha (also passed on when I was a teenager). They had four children, Arland Nottmeier, Shirley Nottmeier, Leland Nottmeier and Sharon Nottmeier. Arland was married to Joan they had two sons, Eric Nottmeier and Alex Nottmeier. I'm not sure if Eric and Alex have children or not. Unfortunately I have not seen them in many years. Where was I? Ok, Shirley Nottmeier was married to W. Hoffmeier. I hope I spelled that right. They had two children, Christine and Barry. Leland Nottmeier married Patsy. They had three children, Floyd Nottmeier, Michelle Nottmeier and Melissa Nottmeier. Sharon, the baby, was married to Robert Arnold. (She's gonna love being called the baby) They have two children together Eric and Allison. Well, I hope this helped you. I know there are many, many more out there my Aunt Sharon knows the whole deal, she's into that sort of thing. I will tell her about this website and maybe she can shed some more light for you. :-)
