Looking for information on ANY Notos from Sciacca, province of Aggregento, Sicily. I know my line came to Texas and a brother's line to New York. Several families from New York, the Ignazio Noto line are currently in New Jersy. I believe there are others who came. Antonino Immigranted in 1889 on the Uss Trinacria via New Orleans. He was 46 years old at the time he came. He then came to Texas. Looking for anyone that knows about this family. Antonino was the son of Guiseppe and Maria Piazza Noto of Sciacca, Sicily. He married a Francesca Ognebeni there. First child born in Sciacca in 1883. Looking for other descendants/cousins and info on the family in Sicily.
