Hopefully someone out there may have the missing link....
My great grandfather, Jesse Norwood Jones, was said to have been born in Raymond MS in August 1884. He had moved to GA by 1909 and married Minnie Burdge. Their son, Jesse Norwood Jones, Jr. married Maymie Ruth Norwood.
There was a Jesse Norwood who lived in MS and had a daughter named Eliza Jane She married ?S Jones in 1876 in Copiah County, MS. I am speculating that Jesse Norwood Jones was the daughter of Eliza and ?S Jones. Eliza died on July 7, 1899 and is buried in Raymond Odd Fellows Cemetery in the Norwood Section.
Are there any descendants of Jesse Norwood Jones Family that may be able to help with this theory? I really appreciate any information!
