I`m showing the Norwoods in the Carolinas late 1600`s and a migration from there so it seems, more work on this.
Robert Brightwell in North Carolina sold 19 hogs to Edward Norwood Feb. 1689.
This is the oldest court document I can put my hands on at this time. Any idea who Robert Brightwell is??
