Also, did you mean 1917 or 1817? If so, where did your Abel Theophilus Norwood go, whom did he marry, and who were his children? There is an Abel Waddill Theophilus Norwood, b. in E. Feliciana Parish, LA in Aug 1817, who was a physician. I thought I'd try to look up your 2nd great grandfather, but I couldn't find him anywhere.
