Looking for Norwood relatives who trace their line from County Down or Antrim. SAMUEL Norwood was a son of MALCOLM and married MARY ELIZA Reddick / Ruddick / Ruddock. They had two daughters, MARGARET (b 1845) who immigrated to Ontario Canada and SUSANNAH. There probably were sons but I have no record of them yet. Samuel was a farmer who rented land in Ballycowan [where he lived] and Ballylesson, Drumbo civil parish, in County Down, just south of Belfast. After Mary Eliza's death in 1876, Samuel married SARAH [McBRIDE] Callendar, a widow, in Lisburn, 1878. Susannah married William RUDDOCK, son of Joseph, who worked in the linen industry and lived in Lambeg, Co Antrim, abt. 6 miles south east of Belfast relatively "next door" to the west of Ballycowan where she lived with Samuel. Except for when/how Margaret migrated from Ireland to Canada, I have complete information on her and her line. Looking for information on Malcolm, Samuel, Susannah and others of this family. Thanks!
