Hi Mary,
This is my third attempt to post a response. My mother is Katheleen Grace Norwell. She was born in Perth, Mar 12, 1939. Her father is Alexander Robertson-Norwell and he was born Sep 10, 1907 and passed on in 1976. My mother had both an Aunt Jesse and a Great Aunt Jesse. I believe the Jesse you are looking for is my Granddad's mother's sister.
I called my Mom after viewing your post and she seems to feel it is her Great Aunt your looking for also. She also believes that she moved back to Perth before passing on. Please email me if would like to correspond further.
