Between word names are smeddreng meaning blacksmith boy thats blacksmith apprentice.
At his son confirmation, his profession is written smed thats blacksmith.

Parents Sigvald and Anne is clearly not married.
I find a blacksmith with the same name (Sigvald Torgrimsen) living in Trom°y a few mil farther west a few years later.
