The Halden Anne appears to be the correct one. At least according to Esther Puntine, the daughter who wrote the story about this family in the McHenry County centennial history "McHenry County: Its History and Its People" published in 1985 on page 575-576. The family used the last name Tonnessen. Anna & Olaf married 10 Oct 1890 in McHenry county. They did move to Manistique Michigan in 1894 and then returned to McHenry County in 1901. Olaf had watchmaking businesses in Bottineau 1887-1890, Towner 1901-1906, then Granville then Minot then closed.
The article also has a nice picture of the farm the family had from 1906-1954.
