I do know how to use the Norwegian records quickly, as do many Norwegians who assist on these genealogy boards. (I'm an American, but we all seem to work together and build on each other's know-how.

Please add more details, birthdates, birthplaces, etc. and perhaps we can find the records you are looking for. What have you found so far? Were the census records in Norway? Was Anna Maloney in Norway? Or are you talking Australia, England, ??
Are the Wisconsin Thomas Thompsons cousins then?
