All the names you have got fit perfect together. The oldest are individual surnames, real patronymics (Gulbrandsdatter = daughter of Gulbrand, Pedersen = son of Peder). Gradually there is a change to the custom of family surnames.

Peders. is short of Pedersen.

Anders Pedersen was born 18. Dec 1830, son of Peder Olsen and Johanna Olsdatter (nr 50) : http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=8536&idx_id=8536&uid=ny&idx_side=-335

Marriage 1. Dec 1864: http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=1112&idx_id=1112&uid=ny&idx_side=-348
