Have you found her marriage record and her application for a marriage license? Perhaps even a record of her marriage in a church record? Where did they live?
Something like that should tell you what her father's name was and where they lived in the US. Her father's name, both given and surname used, will be important to the search.

If her parents and a brother (no name for him either?) also came to the US have you found any record of them here?

Emigrants sometimes chose to use a name other than what they were known by in Norway.

Several of the US censuses (1900 and after) collected info about year of immigration to the US. Was that info found?

There were many different possible ports of arrival in North America and there is no single index for passenger manifests across all of them.
