I have found my Norvals' name also spelled as Norvald.
When I took part in the National Geographics genographic project (ages ago) my DNA profile most closely resembled that of populations living around the Baltic Sea... and my mother was the Norval...but on her mother's side it was Fr. Canadian and German...
Not being versed in genetics, I haven't got a clue what it means....LOL.
