hi janet
yes this is the family assuming your janet born 1827 and the janet residing with william dunlop are one in the same.

Bev (the woman i have spoken about is margaret and williams great grandaughter. bev is their son alfreds grandaughter. so william and marg had eliza and alfred born in 1875 which is when they migrated to new zealand when alfred was only 6mths old. - not sure who william 1875 is in your email.
the other person lesley holland who has posted messages on genforum re this family cannot be contacted (her emails bounce back). it would have been good to follow her/him up and you and her/him would have been related too. i found her / his message by typing in william dunlop in this website.
speak soon
