I have been informed that the Ruth who was the daughter of Isaac and Elizabeth (Lobdell) Northrup, of Ridgefield CT, possibly married Daniel Bradley on 10 May 1784 in Ridgefield CT. However, there appears to be no proof that the Ruth who married Daniel Bradley was the daughter of Isaac and Elizabeth (Lobdell) Northrup. I am told the marriage is recorded in the Ridgefield VR, but the record does not give the name of the parents. Moreover, the Ruth who married John Garsey/Jersey on 21 March 1784 in the First Stanford Baptist Church, Bangall, NY, had her roots in Dutchess County NT, whereas Ruth the daughter of Isaac and Elizabeth (Lobdell) Northrup had her roots in Ridgefield, Fairfield Co., CT.
In the light of this information, the question remains, who were the parents of the Ruth who married John Garsey/Jersey?
