Hello, my name is Tonia and I am looking to research my families history on my fathers side for my chidrens geneology tree report for school. Unfortunately I have only met a few of the relatives on my fathers side once back in summer of 1999 and do not know much. My fathers name was Van Arthur Northrop, he passed away in August 1981 Akron, ohio I believe thats the correct year. I think he was born in akron but i'm not positive. I was born in Akron, Ohio August of 1977(I don't know if thats needed or helps)
His family called him bunky and he had twin brothers. His mother passed when I was a baby and his father eventually married a nice woman I met in 99 named Irene. In 99 his brothers lived in the state of California. My father was married to Patricia Ann White (if that helps, white is her surname.) She was married before my father and the last name was Price for that marriage. He was in the army and served in Vietnam. Sorry I do not have much information but any information anyone has would be great.
