A large number of brothers and cousins with the surname "Pue" immigrated from the Annalong area of Northern Ireland (including Mullertown, Moneydarraghmore etc.) which seems to have been the principal settlement area for this family. They were stone masons and most arrived at the port of New York between 1895 and 1915. Some stayed there while others moved to various locations in the US and Canada. Many, if not most, soon changed the spelling of their names to "Pugh".The name "Arthur" is common in this extended family as is the surname Kelly. The Ellis Island site has a wealth of free information that might be useful to you. I fear you will find yourself awash in a large number of Arthur Pues. Good luck in your search.
