Hello I am reserching my McKee family history.
My Mother's parents were both born in Northern Ireland. My Grandma Molly (Mary Elizabeth Mullan) was born in Belfast about 1908 and my Grandpa William James McKee was born in Bangor, County Down, Northern Ireland. My Grandpa and Grandma McKee were both long gone before I was born.
They both moved to Windsor, Ontario, Canada at different times and married in Detroit, Michigan, USA, but lived in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
I know that my Grandpa's father was James William McKee born Born: October 30, 1862 in Bangor and Died: May 23, 1919.
His wife Jane MacGowan McKee. Jane could have the middle name of Ellen, or it could have been listed as her first name and Jane as the middle name????? I would love to find out more about Jane and the MacGowan family, as I know the heart problems come from this line of family. Jane was I blieve born in Born: April 6, 1869
Birthplace: Holywood, County Down, Northern Ireland (Primacy, was were the family thought she was born, but The California ship’s record states Holywood.) and Died: July 4, 1934.
James and Jane had four boys, My Grandpa William James, John Wesley (Wesley), and twins Marshall & George. My Grandpa and Wesley's family all lived in Canada, but the twins stayed in Bangor. And they relatives mainly live there now.
Other then this information I know nothing more about this family.

If anyone could help me or tell me how to find any further information on these McKee's or MacGowan's I would really appreciate it. I have no idea how to find out more information about the family or how to find any other information about the MacGowan family.
