Seeking any information on the ancestry of Ora Norris b. c. 1854 Ohio, m. 1878 Erie, Sandusky, Ohio to William Lorenzo Slate. Federal Census 1850 shows Ora’s parents probably William B.? Norris b. c. 1831 Maryland and Laura ____b. c. 1834 Ohio. His parents, names not given, were both born in Maryland. Family records have Ora as Orpha.
