Ed you're the expert on the Broaddus family so I'm sure you must be right but I don't remember where I got my info from. Will have to double check what I have. I have 3 Effie Virginia's.
1. Effie V. b abt 1860 who marr Robert Hunt Norment. I have her parents as Richard Franklin Broaddus b abt 1820 who marr Virginia Mercer ( Virgie ) Henshaw abt 1852. Also have a son Manly for Richard & Virgie. He was b abt 1853 & marr Bettie B. Haile 7 Dec 1882 in Essex. They named their dau Effie Virginia after his sister.
2. Effie Virginia dau of Manly & Bettie b abt 1885. I have no info on her.
3. Effie Virginia dau of Maxwell Gregg Broaddus Sr. & Maggie Louide Smoot was b abt 1900. I have no info on her. Help me get these Effie's straight. They all have to be connected some kind of way.
