i am a norment and puryear descendent also.
you have 1 item incorrect in the children of william and mary, that being sarah norment m'd to john puryear jr. john's wife was johannah norment. she is mentioned in mary norment's will, and you will find the marriage record as johannah "blank" under the puryears listing in mecklenburg marriages. the year 178-.
where does martha norment fit with wm and mary?
where did you get richardson as mary's maiden name, and do you have anything else on that line, or on the norment and puryear families?
