Hello again, John,
Sorry to reply late to your posting of Oct. 01,2012. We were away for a three week vacation and just returned this past weekend. Thanks so much for your latest, and, yes, I do have lots more to share with you and look forward to what you have to offer about the Cosford branch of the Norman family. I was thrilled to read that the ancestral line goes back to the 1658John Norman and wife, Elizabeth Baggot. I forwarded all to Jeremy, using the email address available for his googled name on the web publicly available on the Barrister Profile Practice list for the Victoria Bar Association, so you may want to use this, too. I have not yet had a reply, but will wait a bit to see if this works. If not, I have another plan.
I have a John Norman, son of Edward and Mary, (b. March 24th, 1723)marrying Jane Liggins (b. May 9th, 1731 Harbourough Magna, daughter of William and Jane Liggins and possible sister of Catherine Liggins) on April 17th, 1759 in Newbold-on-Avon. I have their six children as: Jane-1760, William-1762, Mary-1764 ( married Edward Sale and had 6 children) , Elisthabeth-1765 (possible marriage to William Crofts in 1788), Catherine-1767 and Sarah-1769. A possible brother to John, born 1723 was William? How does the above compare to your information. More to follow for sure. Ann
