Correction & a bit more information:
Henry Norman's first wife was Phoebe Williams. They were married about 1838. Henry died May 12, 1897 (not Aug 19, 1890). Mary Tadman and Henry Norman married in the U.S. between 1851 and 1860.

1. Harriet Norman (Jan 9, 1839 to Apr 29 1905) married Charles Frances Ritchel on 1865.
2. Eliza Norman (born about 1841, in/of Whitehall, Michigan) married William Lewis Nov 19, 1857.
3. Nellie Norman (Feb 1844 to 1908) married James Sprague about 1866.
4. Frederick Norman (born June 1847, died Feb 16, 1928) served in the Civil War. He married Willa A. Nellie Austin on Dec 25, 1868 and Mary A. Fowler April 20, 1887.
5. Alexander Norman (born Jan 1849) married Eveline G. in 1879.
6. Sarah Ann Norman was the first of the children to be born in the U.S., not in England. She was born Dec 17, 1851 in Jackson County, Michigan. She died Apr 14, 1949. She married Stephen Milo Cosper Feb 22, 1871.
7. Mary A. Norman (born Feb 1858) married Clinton Fairchild in 1874.
8. Clara Belle Norman (Aug 29, 1862 to Dec 15, 1940) married Charles Houghton Haight Oct 10, 1880.
9. Ellen R. Norman (born Nov 1866) married Seward W. Ross Dec 16, 1879.
