Maureen, Linda has been forwarding your messages to me since I am a direct Norman descendant, though many of the more ancient ancestors uncovered are due to her diligent work even though she is not a descendant. I apologize if I confused you when I was making a comparison between my ancestry and Maureen's which Linda forwarded to you. The Maureen I was referring to was you. I think the way to see if our families connect would be to explore whether there is any connection between your George Norman, b. 1844 (Was he born in East Farndon?) and my (5)greatgrandfather Daniel Norman, b. 28 Sep 1722 in East Farndon. According to Linda's findings, besides Daniel's son, Francis, he may have had at least one more son, Roger, born before 22 Jan 1758 in East Farndon. Let me know if you come across any connections and I will do the same.
Mary Henkelman
