Madisonville Democrat, (Monroe Co. TN) Wednesday, January 15, 1936, Page 3:
“Clyde B. Norman, 55, died at his home near here early Monday morning from a heart attack, being ill a few hours before death came.
Funeral services were conducted from the Biereley Funeral Home, Tuesday at 1:00 p.m., with Rev. W.A. Carroll officiating. Burial followed in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Knoxville.
Surviving are the widow, four sons and one daughter: Robert, Millard, Ralph, Clyde Jr., and Elizabeth.”
