In 2001 I was just finding out that my Narrow surname was actually Noro or Noreau from Quebec.
I have since found several generations back where they first went by Noro, then further back the correct French spelling of Noreau. I am posting my line here in case anyone can link in and give me more information.
I would be happy to share anything I have with you as well.
