Hello, The E. M. Cameron book is also online FREE at heritagequest. Many libraries around the country have access to this searchable database... it's a wonderful, wonderful tool for genealogists. (Many a-nights I've stayed up way later than I should have, browsing these free books!) I live in Ohio, so I only know how to log on for Ohioians. People in other states, just check out your local library's website, or talk to a librarian. Usually you can even access this database from home; you don't even have to do it from the library. If you're an Ohioan, try this: http://www.oplin.org Click on "research databases" It will ask for your library card number and which library you are a member of, so supply all that info Then click on HeritageQuest (sometimes called ProQuest) and start searching! If you've tried and you can't access it, I did save the index to my hard drive, however it's much easier to do the online because it brings up each page with the names on it that you're looking for.
