Elaine,

I found references to James Nolliboy [Nolley] in South Hill [Mecklenburg County], Virginia history. Other Nolliboy [Nolley]references of the same decade were found in the Brunswick County,Virginia land/will records: Daniel and Nehemiah.

Another Nolliboy/Nolleboy/Nolly/Nolley [believe the first name to be Josiah] family settled in northern North Carolina. I believe them all to be related, however I have not yet found the links.

Our ancestors had a trend of naming their children after their brothers and other family memebers making it dificult to track individuals.

Thank you for the information you provided.
