From Charles Nolin's son:
Don't know much about my fathers parents. His mother died shortly after child birth and his father died before I was born. He had a stepmother but I barley knew her. They were from Groveland Massachusetts. He received a battlefield promotion during WWII. He never talked about it but he saw a great deal of action and received numerous decorations. Hopefully a former WWII vet might remember him.
He married Rose McDonough from Boston and County Cork Ireland.
