Tracey,

William Parker Noles is the son of Zachariah Noles (born about 1818) and Serena, both in Heard County, GA. William Parker and his brother Dennis M.(named for his grandfather) served in the civil war together. Zachariah Noles' parents were Dennis M. Noles (born about 1785/died April 1877) and Elizabeth Messer/Mercer (born about 1790).

I haven't researched William Parker Noles extensively, but if you'll email me at randynoles@gmail.com I'd be happy to send you anything else I have. I'm trying to put together a "descendants of Dennis M. Noles" document, so sharing information would be interesting.
