I have a copy from the book "Loudoun County Wills, 1793-1797, page 28:
"pp67-68 - I Phillip Noland of Loudon County & State of Virginia being very sick but in perfect mind & memory, I make this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner 7 form following. Itam. I give to my Son, Awbrey Noland, the sum of Five shillings; Itam. I give to my Son, Thomas Noland, Five shillings. Itam. I give to my Grand Son, Thomas Noland in lau of his Father, Phillip Nolands, Legacy, the sum of Five shillings. Itam. I give to my Daughter, Elizabeth Luckett, two Negroe boys named Jack and John forever. Itam. I give to my Daughter, Molly Ann Luckett all of Enborough Forrest & Partnership containing three hundred & odd acres during her natural life & after her decease to her son, Phillip Luckett, son of John Luckett for ever & his heirs. All the rest of my Estate real & person I give to my two Daughters, Molly Ann Luckett & Elizabeth Luckett forever, to be equally divided them hereby revoking all former Wills by me made or done; Given under my hand & seal this fifteenth day of March one thousand seven hundred & ninety four. I acknowledge this to be my hand in the presents of and seal, Phil: Noland (also signed by Jacob Myre & Jas. Elliott, and Ann Williams.
At a Court held for Loudoun County Septr. the 8th 1794 - This Will was proved by the Oath of James Elliot, who also made Oath that he saw Ann her mark Williams make her mark as a witness thereto, 7 ordered to be recorded & at another Court held for the aforesaid on the 13th day of October in the year aforesaid. On the motion of Elizabeth Luckett, who made oath & with Thomas Noland & Hugh Douglas, her securities, entered into & acknowledged their Bond in the penalfy of Five hundred pounds with condition as the Law directs. Certificate is granted her for obtaining Letters of Administration the said Decedents Estate with his Will aforesaid annexed in due form. Teste Chas. Binns, Cl Cur."
