Hi: We are stumped on John Warren who died in Lincoln/KY in 1826. Y-dna proves that we are from the Hugh Warren group out of MD and closely related to his uncle Humphrey Warren (immigrant to MD in 1656).

I descend from his son Bryant Warren. We see that a George Nokes was always mentioned in/near/or with the Warren's of Lincoln/KY at this time. We are searching for the name of John Warren's wife, probably born ~1761 and still living with son Maxim in the 1830 Lincoln/KY census.

Bryant Warren b. in Crab Orchard in 1789(I suspect that the Owsley, Briant (Briand)families are related through marriage somewhere along the way)is the son from whom I descend. Bryant and wife Mary B. Tucker then moved to White/IL by 1830 where they remained.

Does anything I have mentioned here give a clue as to who John Warren's parents may have been (we sorta suspect a James Warren who was married (2nd) to a Catherine Feland there in Lincoln/KY), or who his wife may have been?

thank you very much,
Donna Crosby
