C.C. Noffsinger --wife Alice and children George and Olive lived in the Rowland-Pitzer 4 miles east of Fincastle beginning in 1898. Later, Olive and her husband, J. Webster Wiliamson, bought out the interest of her brother and widowed mother, and lived in the house until 1934.

I am a descendant of Thomas Rowland who built the house ca 1800 and am researching this house --currently known as Wheatland Manor-- for a webpage. Temp. address is
