I am sure Julia is somehow related. But the Noells were/are quite prevalent in Virginia. So it might take a little work to figure out how she fits in.

Have you found her in the 1850 census with her parents?

Also, I learned this after a few years of research, Francis with an "i" at this end is ususally male; Frances with an "e" at the end usually is female, though you see it crossed up all the time. That's why you may see spelling variations for the same person. I tend to use the gender correct spelling when I put someone in my database.
