Linda I would go to Rootsweb.com and look up the Noell name. Then look under Noel Family tree from 1530 France to Mercer Co. Look and print the info I believe it is two pages. It says it is all documented from Church records etc. If you are researching the Noell name this is the most important document I have found yet. Even this is conflicting Because it shows them in Belgium then France then back to Belgium then the Netherlands. I am currently trying to trace Noel Passchier with no success. Good luck and let me know if you find it. Dick
