I was at the Wayne Co Courthouse last month and was told the marriage bond book for 1814-1832 has been missing for several years, bad news indeed as this record could have revealed William's parents. I had not considered that his mother's family could have been the reason he was in Wayne Co and then met his wife. Thanks again. Notify Administrator about this message?
