This does sound right.

At some point I had John Calvin Noe II listed and removed him because I was uncertain. The dates match up really well. I do a lot of my research via internet and I have found sometimes that it can be inaccurate. I am visiting Kentucky next week and hope to do research while I am there. I think that doing research in Harlan, (where I am staying), Lee Co, Va, Knox Co., and Clay Co. are managable places to spend a day researching. I'm sure that many records are in other places. Do you have any advice about the best way to organize my time and resources, or where a good starting place at each location would be. I started doing genealogy 10 years ago, but I was still in high school then. I have found that the older I get the more detail oriented I become.
