Lydia Mae Noble(s), married Roscoe Harris, lived in NC in early 1900s

I am searching for info on my great grandmother Lydia Mae Noble(s) [family history says her surname was Nobles, but on my grandparents' marriage certificate her maiden name says 'Noble']. I don't have any birth or death dates for her but she would have lived in North Carolina in the first half of the 20th century. I do not know who her parents were.

She married a man named Roscoe Harris and they lived in Morehead City, NC in 1960 when she signed my grandmother's marriage certificate (Alice Faye Harris, who married Robert Ernest Clement, they were also living in NC at the time but later moved to Medina County, Ohio). She and Roscoe had four children, three girls (my grandma Alice Faye was the youngest girl, she also had a sister named Emma Jean, I believe) and one son.

Any info you may have on her birth, death, or parents would be greatly appreciated!
