Brian....I found the below listing on Ancestry.com. I believe this is likely your grandmother enumerated with her parents, as I did a search on her brother, also, and a Stanley Levandoski born about 1925 is living in Mahoning County, Ohio, too. I don't have access to the 1930 census, but you can request a lookup here:

I couldn't determine your grandfather David Frank Noble's parents using the Ancestry site. Since you have the exact date of death for him and I saw on the social security death index that he died in Oklahoma City, OK, you might see if you can obtain his obituary. It hopefully would give you the names of his parents. Here's a list of volunteers who do obituary lookups in Oklahoma County:
