I'm looking for anyone with connections to Thomas Noble who was a Gaelic school teacher on the Isles of Harris (probably Pabbay), and Skye (and possibly North Uist).

He was born in 1792 in Kirkhill, Inverness-shire to Andrew Noble and Katherine Fraser.
Married Catherine MacLeod b. c1801

children:
1)Andrew, b.1823 Harris, m. Margaret Mackenzie and had several children born on Skye, and became a teacher and missionary
2)Margaret, b. c1826 Harris, m. William McKenzie and had several children, moved to Dumbartonshire
3)Catherine, b. c1828 Harris, m. Murdoch Macfarlane and had several children on Skye
4)Mary, b. c1831 Harris, m. Donald Maclean, several children born on Skye
5)Janet, b. c1833 Pabbay Harris
6)Alexander, b. c1835 North Uist
7)Christina, b. c1837 North Uist
8)William, b. 1839 Skye

I would appreciate any information on any of their children, and would be interested in comparing notes with anyone else researching this line.

-S.
