Adelaide Louise Noakes' husband was James Noakes, a carpenter for a Perambulator Works in 1901, when he was living with his father, Thomas Noakes, a Horse Slaughterer.

Thomas was born in 1842 in a caravan on the road in Cheltenham, to James Noakes, also born in Cheltenham in about 1811.

This family of London Noakeses were therefore really from Gloucestershire, and were therefore most likely related to the Birmingham Noakes grouping, rather than the South-Eastern branches.
